Where are the App settings?

I like the game BUT have one issue. When I get to a point where there are no more matches, I find no way to end the game to start a fresh one. The same game lingers on and on.......
Even closing & reopening the App wont work. Opening the game hours later (overnight?) is the only thing that works.
Am I missing something????
